About the product

I have formulated a 7-step facial to revive and restore youthful radiance to dull wheatish skin. This facial firm, tones and renders a healthy glow to the skin. It effectively lifts away dullness caused due to pollution and stress, thus making your client discover a fresher, brighter face.

Ingredients:

Gold Facial Face Cleanser: Aqua, Cymbopogon martini oil, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, Grandi's seed extract, citrus medical Limonum extract, and citrus Aurantium oil

Gold Facial Protein Bleach: Dried Yoghurt, Soya Protein, Vitamins A, C & E & Minerals.

Gold Facial AHA Gel: Extracts of garlic, clove, extract of Witch Hazel, Rose, Organic Fruit Acid, Vitamin C, and pure essential oil of Rose

Gold Radiance Gel: Extracts of Rose, Enzymes and pure essential oils of Patchouli, Grapefruit & Neroli

Gold Facial Skin Serum: Apricot, Elder Flower, Carrot, Basil, Jasmine, and Organic Fruit Acid

Gold FacialNourishing Cream: Extracts of rosemary, jasmine, Vitamins A, C & E, and pure essential oils of geranium, vetiver, and peppermint.

Gold FacialFace Pack: Extracts of green tea, lemon, carrot, Vitamins A, C & E, and pure essential oils of grapefruit and orange.

How to use:

Step 1:  Clean face with sachet no. 1 for 3 minutes. Wipe off with damp cotton.

Step 2:  Make a paste of sachet nos. 2 & 3. Apply all over the face and neck. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Massage gently for 3 minutes with damp fingers. Wipe off with damp cotton.

Step 3:  Apply one layer of sachet no. 4 all over the face & neck and give Galvanic (+) current for 3 minutes.

Step 4:  Apply a layer of sachet no. 5 all over the face & neck and leave it on for 3 minutes.

Step 5:  Massage with sachet no.6 for 10-15 minutes. Wipe off.

Step 6:  Apply a layer of sachet no. 7 all over the face and neck, avoid the eye area, leave it on for 15 minutes, and wipe off. Apply sunscreen to ensure protection.

Caution:

Remind the client to avoid applying any exfoliator or scrub up to 4 days after taking this treatment

Tips for Post-Treatment Care:

  • Clean with Aroma Magic Grapefruit Face Wash every morning and night.
  • Protect with Aroma Magic Cucumber Sunscreen lotion with SPF 30, every morning.
  • Brighten with Aroma Magic Glossy Pack at least two times a week.

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in India.

How much time does it take to receive an order?

We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.

How do I know the status of my order?

You can access the latest status of our order through the‘ Order History’ tab on your account page on the online store page.

My order has been shipped. How do I track the shipment?

Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the details of the courier company and the tracking number. You can track the status of the order with these details.

My order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?

Yes, it is possible and is perfectly normal. We may store different products in your order at our different locations and may ship these through different shipments. You will be advised through email as various products in your order are shipped.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

There are no shipping charges for orders equal to and above the value of INR 699. However, if your order is less than INR 699, there will be a shipping charge according to your location.

Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic wishes that our customers never cancel or return products. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.

If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it online. Please contact our Customer Care on +919870282778 for support. Order cannot be canceled once it's delivered to you.

Can I partially cancel an order?

No, it is not possible. But if your order is not dispatched then you will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order. 

Can I partially return an order purchased in the offer?

Not applicable on our category due to hygiene concerns.

Can I only keep some of the products at the time of delivery and return the remaining products?

No, this is not allowed as per Company’s norms. 
 
What is the process for returning the wrong/damaged products?

We only replace wrong product and the products that are defective or damaged. To do so you need to send us an email at customercare@aromamagic.com or call/Whatsapp us on our Customer Care number +919870282778 in case you wish to replace your product. 

Please report within 48 hours of receiving the orders. You will have to send the items back to us through courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the right products to you as per your initial order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Is there anything else I should know while returning a product?

You should return the product in the same condition as it was received by you with intact product packaging, labels, and barcodes. We will be able to process the refund once the return shipment is received by us and verified.   

How much time does it take to process the refund?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the full refund within 48 hours time. 

In case of cancellation post-shipment or returns, we process the refund once the return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed deducting the shipping(if applicable) and payment charges(2% of the billing amount).

The refund will be initiated within a week post-approval. a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or original method of payment, in another 5-7 business days as per the bank's norm.

What to do in case of Late or missing refunds (if applicable)?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
